Biang Biang Noodles

Ingredients:
- 2 nests of Taiwanese hand cut noodles
Sauce:
- 2.5 tbsp Ho Lee Fook chilli oil
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp minced garlic
Toppings:
- Mixed cabbage
- Cucumber
- Coriander
- Chillies
- Green onions
- Sesame
- Crispy onions
- Fried egg
Directions:
- Cook noodles as per instructions and drain.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and toss cooked noodles together with sauce.
- Sprinkle noodles with toppings and add a crispy fried egg.
