Biang Biang Noodles

Ingredients: 

  • 2 nests of Taiwanese hand cut noodles 

Sauce: 

  • 2.5 tbsp Ho Lee Fook chilli oil  
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar  
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce  
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce  
  • 1 tsp sugar  
  • ½ tsp minced garlic 

Toppings:  

  • Mixed cabbage  
  • Cucumber  
  • Coriander  
  • Chillies  
  • Green onions  
  • Sesame  
  • Crispy onions  
  • Fried egg  

Directions: 

  1. Cook noodles as per instructions and drain. 
  2. Mix sauce ingredients together and toss cooked noodles together with sauce. 
  3. Sprinkle noodles with toppings and add a crispy fried egg.
