Clydeside Stobcross – Orange Grove Old Fashioned

Ingredients:  

  • 50ml Stobcross Single Malt Scotch Whisky  
  • 1 demerara sugar cube  
  • 2 dashes orange bitters  
  • Orange peel for garnish  

Directions: 

  1. Place the demerara sugar cube in a rocks glass. 
  2. Add the orange bitters and a splash of water, then muddle until the sugar dissolves. 
  3. Add a large ice cube and pour in the Stobcross. 
  4. Stir gently to combine and chill the drink. 
  5. Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass and use it as a garnish.
