Clydeside Stobcross – Orange Grove Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 50ml Stobcross Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 demerara sugar cube
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
Directions:
- Place the demerara sugar cube in a rocks glass.
- Add the orange bitters and a splash of water, then muddle until the sugar dissolves.
- Add a large ice cube and pour in the Stobcross.
- Stir gently to combine and chill the drink.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass and use it as a garnish.
