Iced Bru Espresso

Ingredients: 

  • 30ml espresso 
  • Irn Bru 
  • Ice  
  • Lime wedge (garnish) 
  • Simple syrup  

Directions: 

  1. Pour Irn Bru over ice in a 12oz glass – leaving room for a double shot of espresso.  Top with 30ml espresso and leave to cool slightly. 
  2. Add a dash of simple syrup to sweeten the beverage (optional).
  3. Squeeze a dash of lime before serving.
