Iced Bru Espresso

Ingredients:
- 30ml espresso
- Irn Bru
- Ice
- Lime wedge (garnish)
- Simple syrup
Directions:
- Pour Irn Bru over ice in a 12oz glass – leaving room for a double shot of espresso. Top with 30ml espresso and leave to cool slightly.
- Add a dash of simple syrup to sweeten the beverage (optional).
- Squeeze a dash of lime before serving.
