Knickerbocker Glory

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Jaconelli ice cream  
  • 1 tub of Jaconelli homemade raspberry sauce
  • 1 tin of fruit cocktail
  • 1 tin of whipped cream

Directions: 

  1. Freeze glass in freezer, if possible, for 10 minutes.
  2. Line glass using circular motions with raspberry sauce. 
  3. Add 2 spoons of fruit cocktail to the glass.  Cover with 1 scoop of Jaconelli’s ice cream, then add fruit again, covering with heaps of raspberry sauce and 1 big scoop of ice cream.
  4. Finally, top with whipped cream in circular motions. 
  5. Add cherry from fruit cocktail on top to finish!
